Refund Policy

  • IS SHIPPING FREE?
    • Yes, the shipping is totally free when your order is above 100USD or you're from our selected countries.
  • TO WHICH COUNTRY DO WE SHIP?
    • We ship to almost all countries and islands worldwide.
  • WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME?
    • The estimated shipping time of an order for USA is 1-3 weeks and for rest of the world its 2-4 weeks.
    • In some cases it might take up to 60 days for an order to reach you.The delay is caused due to bad weather condition or custom clearance. So,it is advisable to have patience as we gaurantee the product delivery within 60 days or else full refund.
  • IS TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED?
    • Yes, once your order has been shipped we will email you your tracking number along with the tracking page, so that you can check the status of your order. However in countries excluding USA tracking can be only done by contacting us.
  • WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    • 99% chances are your order will reach to you. Sometimes the couriers leave the parcel at your nearest post office/PO box instead to delivering to your doorstep, so you can visit your local post office to collect them. In rare cases, if you didn't receive your order within 60 days the order has been shipped, we will give you a full refund.
  • WILL BE THERE ANY CUSTOM DUTY ON MY PRODUCT?
    • Custom/Import duty is something which is not in our hands. You can contact your custom departments or check their website if any custom duty applicable to your order.
  • HOW CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY ORDERS?
    • We only provide refunds in the below mentioned cases:
      You didn't receive your order within 60 days the item has been shipped
      The product you received was not as mentioned/damaged
    • We take such matters very seriously and we will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any order that falls under the above categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected product and your order number to us.
    • Once your claim is verified we will refund you your amount.
    • For refund requests contact us at support@wanahavit.com with your order number.
  • HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
    • Returns will be allowed only if:
      Product received is not as described
      There's a error in sizing
    • Shipping cost will be catered by the costumer.
    • Returns can only be processed prior consultation with us regarding your order via email. Don't return the items before contacting us.
    • We advice to check the sizing guide before purchase so that there is no size errors but consider a 3cm tolerance on measurement as this is manually measured.

  • HOW CAN I MAKE THE PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER?
    • We accept payments via credit/debit card and PayPal. Payments are processed by the secure PayPal gateway. You don't need a PayPal account to make your payment, you can continue as checkout as guest option and pay by your credit/debit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover cards and more.
  • HOW CAN I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
    • Once you checkout and your payment is successful, you will receive your order confirmation email. That confirms your order has been placed.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    • Unfortunately orders once placed cannot be cancelled. But in certain cases if you approach us the earliest (after your order has been confirmed) for the order cancellation and your order has not yet been processed then we may approve your request.
  • HOW CAN I KNOW MY ORDER STATUS?
    • We fulfill the orders within 2-5 days your order has been placed. Once we fulfill your order you will receive your tracking details in your email and can check the staus of your order anytime.
  • CAN I PLACE CUSTOM/BULK ORDERS?
    • Yes, we accept orders with custom design preferences.
    • Also we accept bulk order requirements.
