A. Payment

1. We accept Alipay. credit card, WebMoney, TT remittance, Western Union, Qiwi wallet and Boleto.

All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor ESCROW.

2. Aliexpress need few hours to verify your payment, please be patient. 

Sometimes, if you make the payment via band transfer, your bank may need 3-5 working days to confirm.

B. Shipping

1. It takes about 10-30 business days to reach most of countries.

(Except Italy, Russia, Israel, Argentina, Brazil, Latvia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, East Europe, South America, which will take 15-45 days). 

We will offer you the trackable tracking number after we sent out the parcel. 

2. Delivery time may be vary ,particularly during the holiday season. Due to the different destinations and other factors, it will take different time to arrive different countries.

3. Russian buyers, please must offer the full name and complete address. 

Belarus and Ukraine buyers, provide the full name will be better for custom clearance.

4. The selling price and shipping cost do not include any import taxes. Buyer is responsible for custom duties.

C. Refund

1. If you have not received the goods more than three month after we send you the parcel, please contact us. 

2. If you received a defective product or you are not satisfied with the items, you could e-mail us and provide the photos to request for some refund or exchange for a new one.
